Health:

1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
5. Make time to pray...
6. Play more games.
7. Read more books than you did in 2008.
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
9. Sleep for 7 hours.
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.

Personality:

11. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
13. Don't over do. Keep your limits.
14. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
15. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
16. Dream more while you are awake.
17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
18. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.
20. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
21. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
22. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.

25. Call your family often.
26. Each day give something good to others.
27. Forgive everyone for everything.
28. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.

31. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.

Life:

32. Do the right thing!
33. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
34. GOD heals everything.
35. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
36. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.

38. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it.

Good News Today :)

My bos just got back from vacation today. He asked me if everything is ok and i told him that everything is fine. Actually last few days i felt down as i think that i have so many things to do but Pastor reminds me about Moses and that God uses what we have. I was surprised this morning when my bos handed me an envelope amounting RM300.. What a big blessing from God:)

Bad News Today

I got a bad news today... the new lady who supposed to help me has resigned today :(
I have to wait for my bos to come back from vacation so that he can find another person...
For the time being i need to do an extra work again.... :(

Now that i am smiling again :)

I have been extremely busy and tired these few weeks as one of my colleagues has already resigned and returned to her country... (I guess so).. As a good employee hehehe:) ( I got The Best Employee of the Month award though) I have to do her job until they found somebody to do her job...... Thank God because they have found a lady as her replacement.. Now I just need to train the new lady and hand over everything to her:) That's means I do not need to spend my weekends by working anymore and do not need to stay in the office until late night :)

This week our MD is not around - he went to Thailand for meeting :).... We decided to celebrate my friend's birthday (Joy) in the office today

Black Canyon a Goodbye Place

Happy New Year 2009 to all..

Yesterday, 2 January 2009 was my best friend’s (Alip) last day in our company. She got a better job that she wanted for looooong long time. My colleague and I decided to do a farewell party for her at Black Canyon. Talking about Black Canyon, I still remember last time when two of colleagues leaving us; we did their farewell party at this very place as well, so this is a Goodbye place :(

My friend, Joy, and I had to share the safety belt yesterday. Thumbs up government! One step to the safety :) - Got to know from my friend that in Europe, they have implemented this rules around 15 - 20 years ago. This is for our own safety so don't ever blame the government OK :)

We had a very late lunch and made some of our colleagues get mad

Christmas Carnival 2008

My church organized a Christmas Carnival recently. I was one of the committee members. The church's aim was to bless the communities around the church. Right after the carnival i had to send my friend to the airport, KLIA. It was a heartbreaking day as our friends (Tracy and Alvin) will be leaving us for good to Miri but I'm sure that we will be able to meet again one day...
